Point Accumulation and Value

The calculation is simple and transparent so you always know how much you are earning:

• Direct equivalence: Every €1 spent generates 1 point.

• Real value: Every 1 point accumulated is equivalent to €0.01 of real balance.

• Your balance grows: Points accumulate in your virtual wallet to be converted into discounts for your future purchases.

How to redeem your points

When you decide to enjoy your savings, the online process is very easy:

1. Generate your voucher: Go to the "My Club" section of your profile and transform your accumulated points into a discount voucher.

2. Get your code: The system will generate a unique promotional code for you.

3. Apply at Checkout: Enter the code when finalizing your order to see the discount applied instantly to your cart total.

Virtual wallet details

• Your points do not expire: Accumulate with total freedom; your wallet balance has no expiration date.

• Earn more points: Remember that on your member page there are other ways to earn extra points without making a purchase.

• Exclusions: Points cannot be redeemed for the purchase of gift cards.

• Return Policy:

a) If you return an item where you used a voucher, the points will automatically return to your virtual wallet.

b) If you return a product for which you earned points, those points will be deducted from your accumulated balance.

Your loyalty has a category. Every purchase you make between January 1st and December 31st adds up to determine your membership level. The more you enjoy our collections, the greater the exclusive rewards you will unlock.

• BRONZE (From €0): Your gateway to the Club. Priority access to promotions and a special birthday gift.

• SILVER (From €400): All Bronze benefits + a €10 Gift Voucher upon reaching the level.

• GOLD (From €800): All Bronze benefits + a €20 Gift Voucher upon reaching the level.

• PLATINUM (From €1,200): Maximum exclusivity. Bronze benefits + a €40 Gift Voucher and a Surprise Gift: At the end of the year, we will give you a special token for joining us throughout the season.

VIP STATUS CONDITIONS

• Calendar Year: Your level is calculated based on purchases made each year. On January 1st, the counter resets so you can enjoy all the rewards again for your new purchases of the year.

• Use of Vouchers: Level vouchers are single-use and non-refundable. In case of a return of a purchase made with a level voucher, the amount will not be refunded or reactivated. Size change: If you need a size change for the same garment, we will maintain your applied discount. Exchange for another garment: The discount is single-use; if you decide to exchange the item for a different one, the discount will not apply to the new garment.

• Exclusions: Vouchers cannot be redeemed for the purchase of gift cards.

• Validity: So you always wear the latest, level vouchers are valid until the end of the current year (December 31st).

• Return Adjustment: If you make a return that affects the total amount accumulated during the year, your level will be automatically readjusted proportionally.

• Data Update: Make sure you have your date of birth filled in your profile to receive your birthday gift.

HOW TO RECEIVE YOUR GIFT?

VOUCHER TERMS OF USE:

• Minimum Purchase: The 15% voucher will be applicable on orders over €100.

• Enjoyment period: You have 15 calendar days to use your code from the date of your birthday.

• Exclusions: It cannot be redeemed for the purchase of gift cards.

• Returns and Exchanges: * Non-Refundable: If you decide to return an order made with this voucher, the discount value will not be refunded. Size change: If you need a size change for the same garment, we will maintain your applied discount.
