Right of withdrawal
If you have made a purchase from Florentino as a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt of your order, without giving any reason.
You may exercise your right of withdrawal electronically by completing the following form. Once your request has been submitted, you will receive an acknowledgement of receipt by email.
After notifying us of your decision to withdraw, you must return the products without undue delay.
The direct costs of returning the products will be borne by the customer and will be deducted from the total amount to be refunded according to the following rates:
- Mainland Spain: €5.40
- Balearic Islands: €8.40
- Portugal: €7.40
- Other European countries: €17.40
The products must be returned in the same condition in which they were received and must not have been used beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functionality, keeping all original labels and packaging.
The corresponding refund will be made using the same payment method used for the original transaction, once the products have been received at our central warehouse and their condition has been checked.
